Tend & Style (T&S) is a double sided market place for hair professionals to be found by clients. It will grow into more personal care professionals, but is starting in hair care. It's a place to educate hair professionals on how to create their own brand, build their own business, and run it efficiently. No hair professional get's into the industry to keep working at the major chains they must start at. They want to grow as an individual and need help getting to their own studio, maybe even a salon/shop, or creating their own products, or specializing in a particular area. Whatever their goal may be, Tend & Style is meant to help educate, provide a community for support, find business partners, and foster growth. Tend & Style will have courses, a community for like minded individuals, a blog, newsletter, and video's, all which will help educate and support the professionals on the platform. The vision is to help the professionals create their own products as an additional revenue source for them. With T&S becoming the e-commerce platform to sell their products, along with name brand products as well. We see us partnering with some professionals to create content, also becoming another revenue source for the professionals. T&S will be a place for anyone to come search and find the professional that fits their style, location, and price point. The clients of the hair professionals will be able to book appointments and process payments from the platform. The platform will keep track of their clients, acting as a CRM, allowing them contact their clients as needed. It will also track their revenue and provide statements. IT doesn't do this all now, but the vision is to grow it into this and allow shops to use the tools as well, not just individuals.
